Challenges in economy

=========================================================
Ease of Doing Business
>by World bank
>India improved ranking= 77(2019)  from 130 [total countries=190]
>BRICS= B=109; S=82; C=46

Why rank improved?
>Indicators for calculation of EDB:
  • Starting a Business,
  • Dealing with Construction permits,= improved significantly
  • Electricity availability,
  • Property registration,= Takes 69 days to register a piece of property in India || while in Neazealand it is done in 1 day.
  • Credit availability,
  • Protecting minority Investors,
  • Paying Taxes, =Indian business makes 13 tax payment in a year || while Honkong just 3 paement per year...reducing efforts
  • Trading across borders,= improved significantly
  • Contracts enforcement, and = no significant improvement--still a challenge @ Redtapping
  • Resolving Insolvency.

Why No significant surge in FDI?
>Ease of Doing Business does not consider = Propriety and Partnership.
   >>
Propriety = no share...akela maalik hai...and most of the small business in India is Propriety and partnership type.

>Ease of Doing Business observed only= Delhi and Mumbai....which are already saturated

>others= Highlighted in red ↑..in above indicators.

> Index of Economic Freedom= india got 129 rank  out of 180 countries
==this rank unlike "World banks ease of doing business"  can't be influenced by cosmetic change in few laws.

The government has flaunted its performance in the World Bank’s ‘Ease of Doing Business’ ranking to prove its commitment to reforming the economy.

But India’s performance in the ‘Index of Economic Freedom’  (Released by Heritage foundation) ranking (129 out of 180 countries),
which cannot be easily influenced by cosmetic changes to a few laws and "
Global Economic Freedom Index" (Released by Fraser Institute) also ranks India low., should be of concern.
The ranking, which measures the degree to which an economy is market-oriented, also classifies India as a “mostly unfree” economy

evaporation

what causes water to evaporate every fluid (pure) has a definite vapor pressure at a fixed temperature , now if any how the partial presuure of the fluiid is less then the the vapor pressure of the fluid then the fluid starts evaporating to attain the partial pressure equal to the  vapor pressure of the fluid, and then the equllibrium is reached and evaporation stops.                              basically at the top of the fluid there is a random motion of the fluid molecule due to the difference between the adhasive and cohesive forces, some molecule say 'n' goes into the vapur phase and some strikes back say m such that n>m then after the above explained condition is achived then the constraint m=n. conclusion whenever there is the fluid in liquid state is  present then in that system partial pressure is exactly to the va...
